Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work at Rebel Girl Rampage.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items sent back without approval may not be accepted

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order for your updated selection.

Because many of our products are made in small batches, exchanges are subject to availability.

Store Credit

All returns and exchanges are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase on our site. Store credit never expires.

Artwork & Prints

Fine art prints and posters are carefully packaged with special materials to protect them during shipping. Due to their nature, all artwork sales are final.

If your fine art print or poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging so we can review and make it right.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (other than fine art), please reach out as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, printed to order or POD), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
