About Us
Rebel Girl Rampage is an independent, women-owned brand born in 2022 and fueled by quirky graphics, ethical production, and a love of thoughtful design. Founded by Megan Nico, who grew up around artists and activists, the brand sits at the intersection of visual wit, comfort, values, and whimsy.
What started as a passion project has grown into a small but mighty community of people who appreciate smart, slightly irreverent art on pieces they actually want to wear. Think clever graphics on hoodies, offbeat illustrations on mugs, and designs that feel less like merch and more like an in-joke between you and your favorite people.
We collaborate with artists whose work has real presence—like Anne Lesniak, whose “Don’t Tread On Me Uterus” design landed on the cover of Ms. Magazine and helped define our early visual language. Our roster keeps expanding with creators who bring sharp, funny, and distinctive art to the mix, and every artist is paid per piece sold so the work on your shirt directly supports the person who made it.
As a women-led brand, we care about how things are made and who they support. That means partnering with ethical print providers, favoring small runs over mass production, and choosing collaborations that reflect real-world priorities—like women’s health, equality, LGBTQ+ rights, and animal welfare—without losing the sense of play. To date, Rebel Girl Rampage has contributed over $8,500 in donations and $6,200 in merchandise to organizations doing meaningful, on-the-ground work.
We believe what you wear can be a quiet nod, a sharp wink, or a clear statement—and that supporting independent art and small business is one way to build the kind of community you actually want to live in.
